How we work
Lixem was born as an integrated business: property management on one side, systems and technology integration on the other. This dual nature lets us manage properties more efficiently, safely and transparently.
The Property Management division handles properties on behalf of owners: short-term and holiday rentals, traditional leases, guest care, maintenance and value enhancement. We mainly work across Circeo, the Riviera di Ulisse and the province of Latina.
We like to think we manage every property as if it were our own: attention to detail, constant presence and focus on owners’ results.
